Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 in the US.

3. Shipping Locations

 

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and international. If you require international shipping, please contact us at ericpdejesus@gmail.com.

 

4. Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s progress.

 

5. Shipping Restrictions

 

Perez Perfumes does not ship to restricted locations. If your address falls under these categories, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

 

6. Damages & Lost Packages

 

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at ericpdejesus@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

Perez Perfumes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
